Who are you?

You are a hard-working event hero with killer concept ideas and you get excited about engaging people to the Picnic brand. As part of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for coordinating events in an entire region with a team of 3 to 5 local promotional managers. Your efforts will help to improve our brand awareness and spread the Picnic happiness. We give you the freedom to develop and create unique marketing and sales concepts which are easily implementable and match the target market. Furthermore, you will research, test and improve our events/business services.

What are the requirements?

  • Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Events or similar field of education
  • Demonstrated interest in the field of marketing/events
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep a clear overview
  • You are flexible, hard-working and have a hands-on mentality
  • You have an entrepreneurial/creative mindset
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Available from October or January/February for at least 5 to 6 months
  • Available full-time (5 days a week)
