- Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
- 0-5 years of experience in a role such as strategy consulting
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
- Fluency in both verbal and written English
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau and / or Python
- A holder of an EU work permit
In our modern Amsterdam office, you will have the freedom to experiment and evolve your own projects as well as the chance to test them on real customers. We offer you training in both professional basics, such as 'presenting with confidence' and 'impactful feedback', and hard skill workshops, such as a SQL and Python training. We also offer Dutch language classes for our international colleagues.

- Which team would I be joining?
Almost every team of Picnic consists out of multiple Business Analysts. Examples of Picnic teams you could join: Fulfilment, Distribution, Growth, Trading, Merchandise, Partnerships, Payments, Customer Success, Finance, People, Store, Tech and so on. We will discuss the team we have in mind for you during the final stages of your interview process. Of course we take your preference into account to!
- What does the application process look like?
Online application -> online assessment (36 minutes) -> video or phone call with recruiter -> first interview round (behavioral + case interview) -> case day -> closing interview with one of the Picnic founders
The entire process can be done digitally, in the case that meeting in person is impossible due to COVID-19 restrictions.
