Picnic is growing fast and our goal is to provide the best services to our customers at all times. So, we are always on the hunt for super enthusiastic and motivated customer success associates to join our fantastic team. 

What’s your challenge?

As a customer success associate your mission is to always work towards a 100% customer satisfaction together with the team. You respond in a personal and proactive way on all questions and wishes of our Picnic customers. You will do this in 10 different channels, both online and offline, so you will never get bored. You handle issues from customers and work together with your colleagues to resolve these.

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor or Master with a commercial background
  • Preferably living in Düsseldorf 
  • Flexible availability during days, evenings and weekend
  • Native German speaker
