Picnic is a hub of talented people. Our Customer Success team is young, happy and full of energy. They work together to provide the best possible service to our customers. We want a dedicated person to take on the role of Planning and People Support, helping this team to grow.

Where you fit in

Picnic cares about customers. There’s constant communication between our customers and our Customer Success team, and we do our best to resolve any problems and answer all questions. But as we deliver to more customers, we need new people to join our team. As our Planning and People Support go-to person, you plan and coordinate to ensure there’s always enough people ready to help our growing customer base.

You work on a variety of administrative challenges, such as availability, contracts, employee reviews, registering hours, ensuring everyone has access to the right facilities, and recruitment activities. Your work has an immediate impact on many people. But with organisational skills and a positive mind, you rise to the responsibility.

Our Customer Success team sits in our Amsterdam headquarters. This comes with many benefits, like delicious lunches and great Friday afternoon drinks. The team consists of around 90 people for which you would be the go-to person for planning and HR topics. The team is very young with an average age of around 25 years old. You are more than welcome to come up with innovative team building ideas to build the best team spirit. 

What you do

  • Create the planning and scheduling processes for the Customer Success team
  • Keep track of availability, holidays, illness, contract dates, etc.
  • Support the People team with administrative tasks (register hours, process expenses, onboarding)
  • Improve our planning and HR processes and discuss this with the CS manager
  • Be on top of the growth Picnic is going through and the impact this will have on the Customer Success team

What you need

  • HBO / BSc. degree
  • Full-time availability
  • Excellent working proficiency in Dutch and English
  • A passion for planning and organizing
  • Organisation and Long-term Vision: Strong admin skills and a clear overview
  • Independence and Responsibility: Take ownership of projects
  • True team player: Always ready to help out a colleague
  • Solid Personality: Able to have challenging conversations with different stakeholders
  • Confidence: Positive mind that’s full of energy
