Your goal is to make online grocery shopping a completely frictionless and enjoyable journey. In order to achieve this, you research user habits, identify friction points and develop prototypes for new promising features. You always ask questions in the quest for the best user experience possible. Together with Picnic’s highly skilled team of engineers you will rapidly build completely novel, fun and user centered products.
Who are you?
You are an empathetic, pragmatic and tech savvy UX designer. You have experience in user research and excel at communicating insights. You quickly translate your insights into conceptual and visual design proposals. You are an opinionated designer with a strive for perfection. The prospect of working in an environment where your designs are quickly developed and hypotheses are quantitatively tested excites you. Building a completely personalized product and testing it with an engaged user group is a dream which you can’t wait to make reality.
What are the requirements?
- Degree in relevant design field.
- Inspiring portfolio showcasing user centered design cases.
- Extensive experience with design and prototyping software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Aftereffects, Sketch, Axure, Invision).
- At least one year experience designing mobile apps.
- Holder of an EU work permit.
