🏢 Where you fit in
As a Salesforce Developer at Picnic you can expect to join one of two tech teams currently working with Salesforce: our Customer Success Tech Team, or Product Information Management Team. In both teams you collaborate with passionate peers, who are all driven to build scalable and robust products with the latest technologies. At this moment we use Salesforce's Sales and Service Clouds, have been using LWC and Salesforce DX packages for a while now, and love solving challenges by building high-quality Apex code. Next to the more conventional ways of using Salesforce, we customize a lot.
You can put your in-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem to use every day in a role that is very hands-on, consisting of tasks in the full software development lifecycle. In this role you can benefit from having a consultant's mindset: as a Picnic Salesforce Developer you love to advise the business on the best next-generation solutions.
🔥 What you will work on
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Turn these requirements into high-quality, high-performance Salesforce products in a source-driven Salesforce development environment
- Specify, implement, and deploy new custom Salesforce applications for a wide range of business functions
- Monitor and maintain existing Salesforce applications across multiple countries and organizations
- Keep up with the entire Salesforce ecosystem development and share your knowledge with the team and business
👉🏼 Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 2+ years' experience with Salesforce development: Apex / VisualForce / LWC / REST APIs
- Familiar with Sales and / or Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Fluent in English - Dutch not required
- For bonus points, experience with some of the following technologies: Java / Python / JavaScript / HTML / SQL / SalesforceDX
