The mission of a Customer Success Associate is to work towards a constant 100% customer satisfaction, in collaboration with his/her team . At almost 90 people big, the team is young and diverse and always shares the same goal: Besides helping customers, it also lifts its individual members to higher levels.
The Customer Success team is the only team that is in contact with all other teams, such as trading, analytics, and finance. They are the first point of contact for the customer, so it is important that they are aware of the latest developments in every team. Picnic being a data-driven company, all valuable information is communicated and processed digitally.
